A classy new 1940s trouser/pant - based on an American style featuring wide leg and curved waistband.
We thought it might be time to try a new 1940s pant style and came across a great image from the USA circa 1944. We just loved the fit on the waist and hip, then flow into wide leg with a deep crease and a deep curved waistband. Fits on natural waist.
Wide leg is typical of the 1940s and has a flattering crease in the front and back leg. We love the side pockets too - very helpful!
Fastens via back zip and button.

Leg length: 32": There is no turn up on this style making them easy to take up for those who are shorter - but we have given these a deep hem of 2 inches so that taller people can increase length if required

These trousers fit on the natural waist but do have a nice wide waist band which will fit slightly high on most people. The fabric has some stretch.
