Inspired by Katherine Hepburn's iconic trouser suit look - these fabulous trousers are an authentic rework of an original 1940s trouser pattern adapted for the modern figure and in modern fabric.
Packed with features, this wide leg style has a turn-up, a high waist band, side zip and fastens with a single shell-look button. The wide leg is approx 22 inches circumference. Deep pleats on the front run into a strong and slimming crease. Style also has 2 darts on the back. Topped off with contrast top stitching - this is a fantasic and authentic style.

These trousers fit on the natural waist but do have a nice wide waist band which can fit slightly high on some people. The fabric has some stretch but this is more a comfort stretch.
This is definitely a style that will create shape but will require correct underwear ;-)

These trousers are perfect ! Beautiful color, perfect fabric and shape. A must have for everyday wardrobe.
What a fabulous pair of trousers. I am tall, so the length of these (for my taste) is not yet ideal, but I'll have a tailor fix this asap because returning these is just not an option. The color is perfect, the material divine and the size (10) exactly right. When I tried them on, I didn't want to ever take them off again. They really fit like a glove and the turn-up is generous enough to allow me to take these to my tailor in the first place. Thank you, HoF! As soon as I've decided on the color, I'll definitely order another pair of these.
